For: The Hamilton and Area Museum Educators - Peer Learning Circle (HAM-ED/PLC)
Topic: What is your role in the Museum & Gallery? Facing the Changing Role of Museums and Galleries in the 21st Century

Time: 10:00am-3:00pm
Location: Royal Botanical Gardens, 680 Plains Road West, Burlington, Ontario (accessible by public transit)
WE WANT TO KNOW what is changing in your museum and gallery or the field of museology and how you might see these changes affect your work or the work of museums in the near future? We invite you to share your vision and experience in a presentation that will engage others in dialogue and offer learning in this informal peer learning environment. We ask that presentations be a maximum of 15-20 minutes in length, followed by 10-15 minutes discussion period. However, new approaches are welcome and creative presentations may be longer or shorter depending on what you want to share or get out of them. We welcome live video-conference presentations. All ideas related to the discussion topic are welcome. Step up and share!
