The one essential book on museum education?

If you could take only one book on museum education with you to a desert island, which one would you choose?

I am often asked for a "top ten" list of books by people trying to put together a good solid reference section on museum education in their museum or gallery. Love to know which one(s) you've found most useful? Which have stood the test of time? Which would you take with you to that desert island museum or gallery?

For myself, have to say I'm torn between the practical Great Tours: Thematic Tours and Guide Training for Historic Sites by Levy, Lloyd & Shreiber, Altamira, 2001 and the theoretical classic Learning in the Museum by George Hein, Routledge, 1998.
